Officials Report

Many thanks to all the officials who have helped at our Club Championships and Time Trials in 2012. It is good to see some of our officials supporting county, regional and schools events. Jon Pope organised a Timekeepers course at our first club championships and I am pleased that a number of our senior swimmers as well as parents have gained this qualification and are helping our club events.

A special welcome to those who have joined the club and are now using their previously gained qualifications to help us.

Please let me know if you are interested in volunteering as an official and I can arrange for you to shadow someone at our Time Trials or Club Championships to see what is involved.
