Chair's Report

This is my final awards evening as I step down at the AGM.

I am very proud to have been chair over the last few years of this great club. I have been lucky to have had great support from all volunteers in the club over my time and without their help my job would have been a lot tougher. 

We have been through a period of stability and re-structuring. We can always do better but the hard work of the teachers and coaches over the last three years has seen club and championship records continually broken and an increase of swimmers at external meets.

We continue to encourage swimmers to compete in open meets and, as a club, have representation at all the swimming competitions provided by the county and region.

I wish the new chair the best and I’m sure they will continue the great work we have been doing.
