Bushey Grove Leisure Centre
Our club is based at Bushey Grove. It has two pools. The main pool is 25m with 6 lanes. The training pool is 16m. The majority of training is based here. Lots of our club events are held here too.
Parking for longer than 3 hours?
Club Champs? Time Trials? If you’re likely to be parked for longer than 3 hours, make sure to register your parking (on the screen to the right of reception).
Once through the main entrance, let reception know you’re here for swimming club and they’ll open the gates for you. Head towards the cafe at the back, then turn right towards the pool. Access for visitors and swimmers is through the changing area. There’s plenty of seating for parents poolside.
Ample parking. You must register your car at reception if planning to park for 3+ hours. Extra car parking space to rear of Bushey Grove if required.
Bushey Grove has plenty of disabled parking bays right in front of the main entrance. There is step free access for visitors and swimmers from the car park to poolside.
St Helen's Sports Centre
St. Helen’s School pool. Our Challenge and Competitive squads swim here once a week.
Once you’re through the main entrance, you’ll see the reception desk on your left. Swimmers turn left and follow the corridor to the appropriate changing room. Swimmers access the pool directly from the changing rooms. Parents follow the corridor to the right of reception right to the end. The door on the left provides access to the pool. Please remove outdoor footwear. There’s normally plenty of space to sit on the raised areas next to the pool.
Ample parking. Can be busy when other sports facilities are in use. Arrive early.
There are just two disabled parking spaces. Shown in red.
Step free access to the main entrance in yellow. It’s step free indoors too for visitors and swimmers.
St. Margaret’s Sports Centre
Junior squads often train in the St. Margaret’s School swimming pool. It has a single 25m pool with 6 lanes.
Once through the main entrance, swimmers head straight on (through the doors behind the staircase). The changing room on lefts. When ready for the pool, Cross corridor through the small poolside changing rooms to the pool.
Parents & carers turn right at the reception desk and enter the pool through the glass door. There’s plenty of seating at the end of the pool.
Parents/carers must remain poolside if the child is below the age of 12.
Ample parking. There’s sometimes competition for space if sports hall has been hired for an event, so worth arriving in good time.
There are five disable parking bays (shown in red) with four next to the main entrance. There is step free access to the pool for both swimmers and visitors.

Olympic size (50m) pool
Parents up the stairs, then left to access the seating above the pool.
Swimmers head straight on to the changing rooms. Access the pool directly from there.
Ample parking, 4hrs free.

Merchant Taylor's School pool
Merchant Taylor’s school swimming pool is a six lane 25m pool. Senior squads swim here regularly.
From the car park, take the walkway under the clock (see photo). Straight on to the pool. Swimmers access via the changing rooms (door to far right). Parents/Carers access via a separate door just to the right of the pool.
There is always space to park. The school has requested we park in the basketball courts which doubles as an overflow car park. To access the car park, take the first left at the first mini roundabout. Turn right into the basketball courts.
Disabled parking is found in the main car park (not the overflow car park). Cross over the first mini-roundabout and the parking bays are at the end on the left.
